a multiplayer beta of Halo 3 comes out march along with new Halo 2 maps

November is when the real Halo 3 comes out

The release date has not been confirmed so no one can tell you the answer.

Since the beta comes out in Spring, the chances are the real deal will come out in the fall after they polish the game from the beta testers recommendations.
