If you don't have one, you won't get it in such a short amount of time. You require very toned abs and very low body fat (Especially hard to achieve at Xmas).
If you REALLY care and give yourself a much longer time limit - you'll have to do loads of exercise and eat a balanced diet without much fat. Lots of crunches etc. and keep it up, increasing the amount of exercise you do as your fitness improves.

chances are you wont get the results you are looking for in 2-3 weeks , however being a trainer my advice to anyone is very simple . Cardio , Cardio and more Cardio . Cardio along with a proper diet is the most important thing . all the sit ups , crunches and leg lifts will be pointless without this !!!!

ok here's what you have to do to achieve this:
1 get off your computer
2 get dressed in heavy clothing
3 get outside
4 or to the gym
5 start running
6 or do anything else that makes you tired and sweat
7 after you do that
8 come home, eat, and do a lot of crunches
9 do some more crunches
10 repeat in the next 2 hours
11 or next day
this works :D

Not possible, unless you already have one started and are in good shape. If you're lean and in good shape then i'd say you have some work to do. Here is a list of the top 10 ab workouts you can do.

in 2 weeks, like various different guy suggested surgical treatment. no longer even steroids gets you huge that rapid. yet in 2 weeks you need to have the means to lose 2-10 kilos counting on your metabolism and your commencing weight. yet maximum in all probability you wasn't asking this question heavily.

well, if you were 21, I would say you might as well head to your nearest convenience store. coors, miller and budweiser all make great 6-pax, and there ain't no way in hell you can have 6 pak abs in a couple weeks, unless you have been working hard at it already
