It will make it much harder for Bush to get confirmation of judges who accept the constitutional limits on the proper role of judges.

The Democrats won't have control of the Senate for very long. There is already one Senator who may not be able to fulfill the obligations of his office and there are 5 other U.S. Democrat Senators who are over 80 years old and will probably be unable to finish their terms in office.

The big shake up's have already happened and there's only two years left.

It's all just a waiting game, now.

P.S. "Constitutional Limits" usualy means "Whatever I agree with". The Constitution is the Political version of God. It's the projection of the self onto the greater system.
