Clinton,easily. He is the greatest President this country has ever had. Bush is the worst. Bush preaches freedom, but practices war. Preaches unity, but practices fear and discord.

You have things a little wrong. The law pertaining to Presidential
terms in office only limits consecutive terms, not future terms if
any.

I can't think of anyone who would want that job for more then
eight years.

They have both had enough, so neither one would win because
neither one would run.
