how do i get hm 07 in pokemon fire red? i know it is on island 4 but wehre and how do i get to the hm?

i can see it i just dont know how to get there i am on island 4 but i cant find the way to get the hm!!! please help

the HM is in the cave, go through the ice,where you will slide by when you step on it and up to the stairs and you will find HM7.
