There is a wealth of decks available at the http://www.wizards.com. Generally, the editors on Wizards will make available fun or serious decks they create during playtesting and after release, but I believe they also list the content of winning decks from tournaments.

It appears that some independent person has also created a database of some of these decks at http://www.germagic.de/nda/

Without knowing anything more specific about your pool of cards and with what set you are playing, I can't give any other advice on building a deck.

Don't copy other people's decks. You won't learn what is best for you. Some people prefer one method over the other. Some people prefer one format over the other. Make your own deck, the way you like it, and change it over time. That would not only make you a better Magic player, but it would give a sense of accomplishment that you created something worthy.

4 Avartar of Discord (Dissension)
2 Dread Slag (Dissension)
4 Jagged Poppet (Dissension)
2 Lyzolda, the Blood Witch (Dissension)
4 Gobhobbler Rats (Dissension)
4 Kill-Suit Cultist (Dissension)
4 Rakdos Guildmage (Dissension)
2 Radkos Augermage (Dissension)
2 Psychotic Fury (Dissension)
2 Infernal Tutor (Dissension)
4 Demonfire (Dissension)
3 Ignorant Bliss (Dissension)
4 Seal of Fire (Dissension)

Get all of the Radkos specific lands you can, Blood Crypt, Radkos Carnarium, and Rix Maadi, Dungeon Palace, the rest, fill in with an even split of basic mountains and swamps. The deck plays very quickly and begs you to be highly aggressive. One might say there is less stradegy to this type of deck but actually it takes a highly skilled player to play it well. Much of that you will have to learn for yourself. Good Luck!

There are 8664 unique Magic the Gathering cards. Go to http://ww2.wizards.com/gatherer/ to look at all the cards. With that many cards there are a wealth of different decks to choose from. I suggest you start with one or two color you feel drawn to and go from there. Format doesn't really matter as long as you're having fun.
