I desperately need to work there as my fiancee is there and we cant get married cos her parents think i will take their daughter away. So i have to prove to them that i can live n work in Vietnam in order to marry my fiancee. Pls help me!

You're not going to fix your problem by getting a job in Vietnam and moving here. Doing so will actually make the problem worse. You're going to fix your problem by better understanding the Viet culture, especially when it comes to family and marriage, and working it out with your fiancee'.
You're already getting a crash course in how important family is in the Viet culture. Unlike Western culture, you've learned that your fiancee' doesn't have the final decision on who she gets to marry. In my opinion, her parents have an issue with you and the excuse they're giving you is not the actual problem they have with you.
If you go to Hanoi under the current circumstances, you will turn out to be more of an idiot to them than you already are. You need to ask yourself if you are actually ready for marriage, because making irrational decisions like this after you are married will get both of you into serious trouble.
Instead of packing up and moving to Hanoi, you need to have a serious talk with your finacee' and understand why her parents don't like you. Then you both need to work on the problems together. Your lives are now shared together even if you're not married yet. Remember that always.

Apply for work with Coca Cola or Kentucky Fried Chicken and ask for their International hiring department--- both of these companies are doing big business in Viet Nam as we speak
