A Clorox bleach pen, a toothbrush and a cup of very hot water. And a lot of elbow grease.

If it were white to start with and not one of the ivory toned, then the discoloration is mold and bleach is the 'cure'. Get the small foam brushes and gently brush it on (bleach caustic) - also open all the windows so the chlorine will dissipate. You will also need to reseal the grout once the mold is gone.

A paste of baking soda and warm water might work. Scrub it with a toothbrush...if that fails, use bleach, or hydrogen peroxide...but don't mix the two chemicals together.
