It's the commercial where the couple is lying in bed and the man lays the necklace on the woman's chest. There's a really slow, pretty song playing during the commercial (female singer). All I can remember of the lyrics are "I love you" and "Sometimes I can't find the words to say." Sounds like Regina Spektor. Anyone know?

The original song was by Cat Stevens - how Can I Tell You. The version for the Kay Jewelers commercial was done by Cat Power, not Regina Spektor. This version has not been recorded for public release just for the use in the commercial. But there has many who want it.

The artist's name is Regina Spektor. (I recommend looking into her)
the song is a Cat Stevens song called: "how can i tell you".
good luck finding it though, I do not think it has been released for purchase.
