how do you stop spam messages coming to your cell phone when you can't make reply to the sender?

I have worked for a MAJOR cell fon co for almost six years......so all you need to do is contact your cell fon provider and speak w/ technical support...they need to block your text messaging from receiving spam. Hope this helps!!!! I hate that myself!
