Fuel line disconnected from TBI. Fuel flows through when ignition turned on.

You have either a restricted fuel filter or a failed fuel pump. The pump is in the fuel tank and the tank must be removed to replace it.

open gas cap put your ear to the hole . have someone turn the key on and listen for the fuel pump to come on. if no fuel pump noise check for power to pump.if fuel pump comes on but will not start it sound like low fuel pump pressure. take a bat and hit on fuel tank sometimes that will jar the pump and let it start.
