The answer is a big NO. The kids are not yours so you don't have to pay child support. You do, however, want to think about your situation long and hard. Why would you want to marry someone else's left overs? She has already shown to be irresponsible by not keeping herself child free since she had no ring on her finger. In my book she is completely unfit to be a wife. She does qualify to be a gold-digger and a trapper of unaware and inexperienced men like you. On the other hand, if she was legally married at one point and then a divorce occurred, you also have to analyze the reasons that that took place and make sure that you are not simply "next."
I leave you with this: If you do stay with this woman you will pay either way because the children will be living with you and daily expenses add up. That, my friend, is the reality of the situation.
Mr. M on "child support."

Not quite sure about your question. If you marry this women and legaaly adopt these kids then you are responsible for them and if you should ever divorce her then yes you could get slapped with child support. If this is what youre asking. If you have a prior marriage with kids and think this may be a way out of paying previous support then no,you still have to pay any previous support judgements against you whether you marry someone else with or withou kids

I don't understand your question? Are you asking if you have to pay child support for her children, the woman that you are going to marry? If so, no, you don't pay the child support. The legal father of the children pays child support. He must pay child support until the children turn 18 years of age or until they graduate from high school. Of course, you will be supporting your wife and her family. So, if you look at it that way, you will be paying support for her children. Not just in the legal sense. Good luck to you and your new family!

Not sure I understand your question, but child support is paid when a divorce occurrs and you are the legal father of the children. The exception is if you have full custody of the children, then you don't pay child support.
When you marry someone with children, you don't pay child support, you simply provide for your wife and kids. If you divorce, you pay child support if you are the childrens' legal father.

First question....Are they your biological children?
If they are not, then no, but you do have an obligation to take care of them what their biological father doesn't or wont take care of...it depends on what was agreed upon at the Domestics Relations office concerning the fathers responsibilities towards the children...now if he forgoes or gives up his parental rights to the children so you can adopt them and give them your name then yes you are responsible for all of their care...hope that answered your question....

Unless you adopt her children and then divorce her, no you don't pay child support. You only pay child support if you have children and get divorced/legally seperated.

Check FL law but unless they are yours or you legally adopt them,
I don't believe you have to support them if you divorce her...
