Ok. im looking for a song it sounds kinda bob-marley ish, but not really, it has a similar jamacan-ish rhythum to it, not like Off and On rithym, its more like a flow in circles from one circle to the next, i dont know if you know what i mean

The 2 sillables of Oh are split up into diferent notes.
The first part of Oh, like the OOOO part is higher than the ending of the word h. About one step down the music i think, not like a whole octave drop its just like

it is a guy singing it, its not hip-hop or anything, its like rock i think. more soft rock tho not sure
