BEFORE you open a business you need to do your 5-year plan. I tried to go to the website you noted but was told it was not there. The plan takes 3 good months to prepare and in preparing it you will learn if your business will profit or not or will fail within 5 years. The "plan" is on sba.gov You can also call the office of Small Business Administration (in the federal pages of your white-pages phone book) and ask when their training is. Sit in on the "basics" class and that will give you a lot of info. Get back with me if you have any questions.
