If so, are you going to join in the class action lawsuits against ebay and bargainland?

I was contacted by another ebay person who is gathering people for this purpose. the email is buzzbbird@hotmail.com for more info.

Don't you think that ebay should take some responsibility for a 'business' that has scammed over 20 thousand people?

Do you think that a business like that (bargainland) should not be allowed to hide its owners behind a corporate shield for they are the ones who make the decisions that the 'company' implements?

let me know and contact that guy so these crooks can get stopped once and for all.

I bought a laptop on ebay once. Worst experience I ever had. The seller was selling laptops at a reduced rate, but would take the money, play the stock market, then buy a laptop with the profits and ship it. Sadly, I was one of the ones that never got my laptop shipped because the market went south. He was later arrested and sentenced to 18 years for 72 counts of mock auctions, fraud, and grand larceny.
