Short hair can be beatifull as well, long hair can be like a curtain if the "owner" looses interest and never does anything to make it interesting. If you really really regret that you cut it off, let i grow for a while, dont cut it when the problematic length appears, and at one point you will be able to see if long hair still would fit your face today. If not, you will have a big, thick hair to experiment with, and going to the hairdresser and ask them to cut of a hughe bite is like loosing 15 kilos in an hour.. Besides that, a short hairdue cut directly from long hair is more "massive" because all the thin split ends will be cut off..
A different colour or highlights as well can make miracles, but do not forget, short is pretty and makes a dramatic frame of a beautifull face. More than long hair actually..
Good luck girly! You'll be fine :-)

Not to worry T.
First thing you should do is cheer up. I was feeling down and came on here to see if it would cheer me up and found your question...and guess what I am feeling a bit better now that I think I can cheer YOU up. Soooo a gold star for you.
Now about the hair.Well, I too have always had long hair and sometimes have had it cut short and as usual was regretful when I did that. But it grows back in no time at all. It is just us who, feel the loss, so to speak. Everyone else still see us for what we are and not how we wear our hair, and long hair , short hair, or no hair at all, makes not the slightest difference. Drink lots of water and take your vitamins and above smile.X
And...Thank you T for helping me. X

I used to have really long hair too! My bf got super mad when I cut it all off.
I would suggest growing it out to a length that you can manage - but not as long as it was before. That way - you are satisfied with it being long - but not too long! Shoulder length or a little past is considered long hair.
There are also some vitamins for your hair to keep it strong and healthy and help it grow
Hope this helps! Good luck!

I had to cut my hair up to my EARS a few years ago.. that was stressful. Now I'm on the verge of tears everytime I have to have my hair trimmed. I was really depressed too, but I got through it by just finding new ways to style my hair that I wouldn't have been able to do if my hair was long. It allowed me to enjoy that period of time a little more. Plus, now that my hair is longer I can really appreciate it.
Hope you feel better!

Well even though long hair is really pretty don't put your self down b/c you got your cut off. Having shorter hair looks more mature to me. Just try new styles for now and trim it every now and then and let it grow out.
