If so, are you going to join in the class action lawsuits against ebay and bargainland?

I was contacted by another ebay person who is gathering people for this purpose. the email is buzzbbird@hotmail.com for more info.

Don't you think that ebay should take some responsibility for a 'business' that has scammed over 20 thousand people?

Do you think that a business like that (bargainland) should not be allowed to hide its owners behind a corporate shield for they are the ones who make the decisions that the 'company' implements?

let me know and contact that guy so these crooks can get stopped once and for all.

DOES ANYONE ELSE NOTICE THAT THE PERSON 'MAN' WHO ANSWERED THIS QUESTION EARNED 10,839 POINTS IN ONE DAY WITH THE SAME ANSWER...

I have had a couple of buys on e-Bay were not as described in the question but I have either got my money refunded from the seller or through Pay Pal. So I can't understand why people are suing.

I was defrauded a while back when a regular E-Bayer suddenly went rouge and defrauded everyone, and then skipped town. Paypal was no help. I found his address and filed a criminal complaint but he had skipped out.
