1998 Honda Civic EX Cooling fan not coming on?

1998 Honda Civic EX Cooling fan not coming on?

I have changed the relay, switch, sensor, and therustat. Also i can short the wires going to the sensor, then the fan comes on. I changed radiator too. Fuse is good , what else do I need to look into? Please help!!

If you can short the sensor wires and the fan runs, the sensor is bad. Even new ones can be bad.

i would check the wires from sensor to computer . then check ground from computer to relay. could be computer but check every thing else first.
