My daughters are in college...but what we have done when money was tight...go to the dollar store and buy some frames...put fun pictures of you and that certain friend in them and decorate the frame in buttons or ribbons or just simple paints. Also...they have boxes that come in all sorts of sizes and shapes...we stencil and paint the outside...or decorate in all sorts of ways...YOu can also by a fun little catch all and put inexpensive hair clips and or candles and such....for about 20.00 you can make several gifts....
Good luck.....I have even done this for some of my friends with the frames when they have gotten married or had a child or moved....let your mind go...

Get something that brings back memories or inside jokes because wants come and go but memories last. For my brother I got him wooden spoons, a locker and antibacterial hand soap. Walmart has some gift packages. Also this site has some really good ideas: http://www.gifts.com/ Go to the dollar store.

I think that it would be sooo cool if you would get them all Santa hats or at least red scarfs. They will wear them all season long and also for the next two months because it will be cold.

LoL. if they're guys, get them those little skateboard, the ones that you put your fingers on or w/e. i got those for my friends when i wuz 11. my guy friends. they loved it.
Prolly video games would work, to. those are more expensive, though.

Take them all out somewhere...like go for pizza then go see a movie or maybe lazer fights or an arcade....DONT make it too birthday-like!

when i was ur age i got my friends candy. they really liked it, well u could give them candy and like a little stuffed animal to go with it.
