My nails have little skins around them and when i get rid of them they come back.. what do i do?

it's your cuticles. You have to give yourself occassional manicures to get rid of them. There is products you can apply. Look for things called cuticle removers. Good luck :) We all go through it.

Some doctors say not to remove your cuticles because their purpose is to protect you from dirt and bacteria. Instead you should use a cuticle oil instead to camoflage them. I get regular pedicures but not manicures. I have pretty hands with long natural nails.

i used to have tht too...and the only way to get rid of it is to get a $15 manicure at least once a month at a nail salon

Get them done. Or go to your foot doctor..
