It's got a deep vneck with a ruched back, just really stunning. I'm not sure if I want to wear black knee-high boots or black heels or how to do my make up. I am going to propose this night. I need to look out of this world!

i would go with the sexy heels. The boots may not do the trick unless they are absoutley stunning feminine and sexy. Black heels are almost always a go.

First of all, kudos to you proposing! I think that's awesome! Next, definitely wear black heels, the boots will be too much, plus the heels will make the ensemble extra feminine. Try to wear accessories. Either really nice earrings that stand out, or a nice necklace, but not both. Also, try to wear a nice big cocktail ring. I think they look cool. Make sure you're makeup is clean and fresh, with nothing too over powering. Choose one feature on your face that you want to stand out and accentuate it very well.

Teal is a great colour that's becoming very popular ! I think instead of black heels go for gold of silver heels,either pointy of peep-toe.Then which ever colour you decide on, wear any jewellery in the same colour.If you still would prefer black shoes then i would say the heels !

Shoes: Black, Gold, Silver,etc strappy heels
The boots might be too much
Makeup: Sheer gold eyeshadow would be G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S with that teal dress! Brush a little bronzer on your jaw line and slightly below your cheekbones. Finish with some mascara.

I would go with the heels...it seems from your description of the dress that they would be more appropriate. As for makeup, Sephora has lots of makeup looks which you can replicate using your own makeup here: http://www.sephora.com/browse/article.jhtml?id=200024
I really like the "mod girl" but you might find another look that fits your style.

Wow that dress sounds alot like a one I've had before. Well for shoes I would go with black or silver opened toed sandal/shoes. for make up I would used brownish colors.

you best bet is to keep it simple, wear a nice pair of silver earings and keep your makeup light and sexy, wear your hair up and just get a pair of sling back black heeled shoes. good luck with the proposing..

I would stick to gold jewelry, but keep it simple. For shoes try brown strappy sandals. If you can't find em stick with simple balck strappy sandals. Do your eyes in brown shadows with a toch of teal and keep your lips glossy in a pinkish nude color.

if you have a nice pair of black or silver peeptoe shoes, like strappy sandals or similar, then accessorise with the same color as your shoes. like silver strappy sandals with silver or white gold jewelry. for make-up, you probably dont want to do the same color as your dress. i would recommend like a darker shade of pink. good luck girl!
