You can get this white stuff. I am not sure exactly what it's called but it came with our house when we bought it. The house was 10 years old and the tile and grout looked brand new! Under the sink was this little white bottle. It looked just like a bottle of shoe polish. Even has the sponge tip applicator.

I have tried putting regular shave cream on the grout and letting it sit for a while. Then brushing with an old toothbrush and rinsing clear. Good luck.

try a grout scraper.you can get them at the diy stores
lowes home depot.it's a triangle scraper that fits right in the grout line and you just scrape it a couple times.
