I think its a Jimmy Buffett song, it sounds just like him, the chorus goes "shake it a little to the left, a little to the right" and it has like a guiar going "wee wee wee" I just dont know the title?

It IS a Jimmy Buffett song called "Sharks", done in the late 70s.
