A long distance relationship is more than possible, it can be one of the best, it's work, but it can be done. First of all, I pray that you and the Mother of the girls can be friendly. That's a key factor in this kind of a situation. Are the girls old enough to have a phone of their own or a computer? If they can have a phone of their own, buy them a "Daddy" phone. This way you can call them EVERY night before bed. If they are old enough for a computer then do a computer, it doesn't have to be fancy, but you can email them EVERY day. Send them little funnies, and cute little cards to let them know you are thinking about them.
If they are still to young for a phone of their own, please speak with the mother about you calling them every evening. If it's just for 2 minutes. Hey girls, Daddy loves you. Go to the store(dollar tree) and pick up a bunch of cards that say Hi, or I miss you or thinking about you, and try to send them one each every week. Do a bunch of them at a time, sit them on the counter or in your car, and that way you can just drop them in the mail.
It's hard to be away, but you can make a good and loving relationship with your girls. My Dad worked off for a couple of years when I was young. I loved getting cards, and phone calls. Get little inexpensive things to send to them. Anything to let them know they are the most important people in your life. It's obvious to me you love the girls, so know just help to remember you by mail, phone, and hopefully computer one day.
God bless us all.............

It Really Depends On Their Age! If You Don't Think That They're Stable Enough To Rely On Each Other, I Say You Should Stay There With Your Daughters. If They're Grown, They Should Be Happy For You Despite All Their Hard Feelings. If You Do Decide To Take The Job, Promise To Call, E-Mail, Text And Visit--And Keep Your Promise.

you wont lose your girls over this and if it makes you feel better know that your job will be paying for their needs and there's always the phone to check on them every five minutes, separation anxiety is very normal :) :) :)
