By saying that you agree, you are saying that you know you are an outstanding employee. Even if you know this, it is not wise to reply like that. It makes you look concieted or stuck up. What you want to reply to an evaluation is something like this.

Your draft is really very good and gets your point across in your manner of communicating. I would remove "work even harder" because it leaves the impression that you haven't been working up to your potential - and if your performance is "outstanding", then I'm sure you've been working very hard.
Thank you, this evaluation motivates me to devote my self even more and I shall continue to exert all possible efforts to perform as best as I can.

I would not say that I agree - it makes you sound like you are brown nosing - say that you are please with the positive evaluation and that you will endeavor to achieve even higher performance ratings!~
