English is not my mother tongue... i got this Evaluation in my job, which says ( outstanding performance) and iam very pleased with.. i gotta reply to agree ...I want to write something like this ( I agree Thank u , this evaluation motivates me to devote my self to work even harder and exert all possible efforts to perform as best as i can)... .......can any body help me to write a better professional reply .... i got no time ....pls help .... thanks to all in advance ....

By saying that you agree, you are saying that you know you are an outstanding employee. Even if you know this, it is not wise to reply like that. It makes you look concieted or stuck up. What you want to reply to an evaluation is something like this.
Thank You for your consideration in my recent performance evaluation. I value your opinion and greatly appreciate having the opportunity to work for (Name of Company).

Your draft is really very good and gets your point across in your manner of communicating. I would remove "work even harder" because it leaves the impression that you haven't been working up to your potential - and if your performance is "outstanding", then I'm sure you've been working very hard.

I would not say that I agree - it makes you sound like you are brown nosing - say that you are please with the positive evaluation and that you will endeavor to achieve even higher performance ratings!~
