Please give me some ideas as to what I can get a really picky girl for Christmas..She pretty much has everything but I still need to get her something. Please help. Thanks.

A Gift card to a store you know she likes. This way she can pick out something that she's sure to like.

well if you get her something she might already have it or might not like it. get her a pretty card and inside put a gift card to a place she likes sears, JCpennys, anywhere she likes to go. good luck w/ ur picky friend!
