You're alive because you had a mother and father who procreated. You continue to live because you make a choice. You live in "this world" because this is the world you choose: you can choose to live somewhere else, or some other way. For the most part, you make up the world you live in, although you may not believe it. You choose your attitude even if you can't choose your circumstances.
