My youngest sister, who is your age, is in the same situation. My advice to you is the same as my advice to her:

Follow your true desires and interests. If you love gymnastics and want to continue being involved in that activity, but *dont* want it consuming your life, then only focus on gymnastics activities once or twice a week and only compete in the meets that you *really* want to do.

With any sport or activity, you sometimes become so active in it that you reach a point where it isn't fun and you start feeling burn out...its up to you whether you push through it, until you feel that spark again...or if you just make it lessor part of your life until you're ready to give it 100%.

Good luck!

i was a gymnast myself as a child and at 15 i stopped too. Not by choice but by injury. I miss it to this day. If you love it continue. maybe try to cut down on training like part time.... see if you like that or if you want to continue or stop comletely.

if you really like it and are thinking about becoming a professional gymnist i think you should keep at it, but if you really are starting to realize that you dont like and your just going to keep doing it because someone is pressuring you, then dont do it. If they only reason that you are in gymnastics is because someone wants you to be then thats no reason to keep on with it.

Maybe you're thinking of it the wrong way. You are a little too young to have a sport be your way of life. Maybe you could downgrade it to hobby and it will change your physical and mental commitment to it.
