I don't know a code to hide the adds BUT - I had a friend tell me that all he does is...
when you put a code into your profile - copy it to a word document (so that you have it in case you mess up somewhere and need the code again)
after that - he goes through the code deleting certain aspects of the code checking each time - example
if a code was something like (bare with me - this is just random)
then he will go to the bottom of the code and highlight (in this example) everything in between the last quotes (this example it would be Awsome Myspace Layouts!
then he right clicks and selects "cut"
he then saves changes and views profile...
if the code didn't mess up but one of the Advertisments are gone then he cut the right thing out - but if the add is still there or the code got messed up he goes back to the code and right clicks and pastes back in the part he cut -
If it messes up to bad he can go back to his word document that he saved it on and re-copies and pastes it back.
Now - my advice, don't do it because his site got deleated twice now for this and they just haven't caught it this time.

It's against the Terms of Service, and it is not nice. They give you a free product, and you should allow them to have an ad.
With that in mind, I don't know. If you know a lot about computer programming, I'd suggest looking at the source of some of the sponsored pages to see how to. I don't know my self.
