Ew, that nasty Virus Burster. Youve got a smitfraud infection.
***NOTE USING ANY OTHER PROGRAM THAT SOMEONE IS RECCOMENDING MAY FURTHER INFECT THE COMPUTER! THIS IS THE ONLY WAY. PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!***
1.Go here and download SmitFraudFix.zip
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/smitfraudfix.php
then Unzip the file.
2.Next, please reboot your computer into Safe Mode by doing the following:
a. Restart your computer
b. After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
c. Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
d. Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.
e. When you are at the logon prompt, log in as the user your normally log in as.
When your computer has started in safe mode and you see the desktop, Close all open Windows.
Open your SmitFraudFix folder.
Double click SmitFraudFix.cmd.
You should get a blue screen. Press any key. Then press the number 2 then enter.
The program will start cleaning your computer and go through a series of cleanup processes. When it is done, it will automatically start the Disk Cleanup program
When Disk Cleanup is finished, you will be presented with an option asking Do you want to clean the registry ? (y/n). At this screen you should press the Y button on your keyboard and then press the enter key.
When this last routine is finished, you will be presented with a red screen stating Computer will reboot now. Close all applications. You should now press the space bar on your computer. A counter will appear stating that the computer will reboot in 15 seconds. Do not cancel this countdown and allow your computer to reboot.
Once the computer has rebooted, you will be presented with a Notepad screen containing a log of all the files removed from your computer. Examine this log, and when you are done, close the Notepad screen.
You should now be free of Smitfraud. and Virusburster. This information was not copied!
Good luck!

No you don't have to reformat your hard drive. You can do a System Restore if you have XP. Click on Start, then All Programs, Accessories, System Tools. System Restore should be at the bottom of the list, and has a walk through wizard to help you. XP takes snapshots periodically of good Windows configurations, hopefully that will help. There are free anti virus programs, AVG or AVAST you can download. There are free spyware programs also, Spybot and Adaware. Best of luck, chow.

I suggest that you try to carryout system restore to a day previous to the day when there was no virus or any problems. It may be a few weeks or months back. You have to decide the date. Detailed instructions are posted at http://fixit.in/systemrestore.html
The problem is likely to be solved. Then,You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at
http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html

Update and run your Anti-Virus program. Don't have one? You can run a free online scan from Trendmicro. When I have tested it it takes some time to run it but it may be time well spent if it can fix any problems.
Download and run http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
Download, update and run Spybot---http://www.safer-networking.org/ . Don't forget to use the Immunize feature.
Download, update and run Adaware---http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/products/select_your_product.php
If the above programs do not fix it, I am sure this one will.
Download HijackThis---http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/programs.php#hijackthis. Run and Save a Log. When you log comes up copy and paste the entire log at http://www.hijackthis.de/ . Analyze your results. You will then get a screen that will tell you if you have any nasty stuff in your computer. Follow instructions to deal with any nasties. CAUTION: This is a very powerful tool. Be careful.

Do not follow the link in the first answer. This person has been repeatadly using this link in answer to every question. I suggest this a ploy to hijack someones browser. I certainly will not be following the link.
You need spybot search & destroy, adaware. Run a full virus scan on your pc as I notice you have norton installed on your pc from that screen shot.
You can download these from:
http://www.download.com
After the virus scan run spybot then adaware. Both excellent together. One finds things the other doesn't but both together seem to get everything.

Get a clean annoyingcontinual!!!!!! are you kidding me.... in simple terms create a bootable cd and cargo it once you turn on your computer. Then at command on the spot style format c: then likewise for all the drives and you're achieved. yet i do no longer think of that'll eliminate the viruses given which you will probable have viruses on pen drives or different transportable gadget. So in case you even format and connect your gadget back your virus would be back. I advise you run complete gadget test by using NOD32 antivirus.
