The best one Ive found is 3gforfree.com
I have sprint but you can use it with a few other carriers also, just not alltel. I go to it on the web on my phone not from my pc though so i dont know if you will get charged if you go to it from your pc, but it is 100% free from my phone and they have alot of ringers and screensavers and they keep it updated. There is some games but those arent updated.
