You can certainly get into some graduate program with a 3.5. Depending on other factors, you might be able to get into a top program.
Those other factors include getting high GRE scores, having a better GPA in your major and the quality of your undergraduate education. They also include your major. For example, if you wanted to get a PhD in finance, it would be very difficult to get into a top ten Finance program in a B-School with a 3.5 -- because the top schools only accept three or four people a year. However, you could certainly get into a top Economics program and get a PhD in financial economics -- because the top programs accept 40-60 students per year.
It is easier to get into highly rated large state schools that need TAs than it is at small schools.

Depends on the school and what you want to study. A lot of Schools will just look at your last two years of Undergrad and take the after average of that. Your score on the GRE also factors itn, but again the test depends on what you're going to study. I know I stayed where I was for Undergrad for Grad school and that helped, but a B+ is very good. I wouldn't think you'd have problems...good luck to you!

It depends on the grad school, but most grad schools will accept you with a B+ average or even a lower average, as long as you have the money.

I got into grad school with a B- average at the time. It all depends on how selective a gradschool you want to attend as well as how high your GRE or whatever graduate schools you apply to.
Good Luck!!!

I graduated from Grad School in 2000.
I had a 3.3 GPA in undergrad. They accepted me, as I had a good GRE score and a way to pay the bill...which is the most important to them anyway.
