It depends where you were married. Hire a divorce lawyer and start divorce proceedings. Your lawyer will either track her down or bring a petition before a family court judge regarding your circumstances. you may be granted an automatic divorce on grounds of abandonment or something similar to it, after a certain period of time, since she has moved out and has not returned to face up to her legal responsibilities.
You must hire a lawyer and file for divorce. No way around it. Give your lawyer any and all info regarding your wife, her family, friends, former employer, anything that can aid in your case.
Good Luck

Get a divorce lawyer. They will take care of all the paperwork. It may cost you a bit to find her, but believe me, they have people to do this. If it's a non-contested divorce, then it shouldn't be a long drawn out process. But if not, get ready for court..

if she's in the military...file in the state that you were married in, mail the papers certified to her unit or send to a family member that she see often like mom/dad then call a lawyer...
