I used to think that I wanted to go back and be three again, happy carefree three, when life is toys and games and nap times.. Then I had a child, and realized that life isn't really easier when you are little, you may not have as many responsibilites etc. but the little things in life seem as important as the big things you deal with as an adult. There is no perfect period in life, so I have learned to enjoy every moment of the present as much as possible. I wouldn't want to change my past, as troublesome as periods may have been, for all have brought me to point I am at today. A happy and successful individual who isn't afraid to pursue their dreams.

If I could take the knowledge I now possess with me, I would go back exactly 36 years.

That would be 6 months before I got married. That should give you some idea of at least one change I would have made in my life.

A different career path is another.

A different home state is a third.

Additionally a number of other minor changes I'm sure, but nothing specific comes to mind at the moment.

I would go back to being 8. When I was 8 the biggest problem I had was going to bed at 8. I got to play all day. I enjoyed school, I played with bugs and kids in the neighborhood. I had no responsibility. My parents took care of everything. Food was always on the table, my clothes were always washed and I always had someone there to hold me close when I got hurt.
There were no bills, no car payment, no worries about kids getting sick. So I would like to hand in my resignation from adulthood...and if you want to talk to me you'll have to catch me cause, Tag, your it.

I would go back to 26. I would not have gotten married then. I would have waited until I was 30 like my original plan.

I married someone wrong for me, and I became divorced 2 years ago. I would have traveled instead, seen the world, and then settled down later.

Well do you mean you start over? I would never just start over but I would love to tell myself a few things, but then you get to the point that if I went back and told myself things then it would have changed and i never would have went back to tell myself...okay enough of that...

I would have went back to 16/17...Went to Michigan, picked a different major...I found my calling at 28 and finding it then would have been better!!!
