What taste?
Celery is little more than water with strings in it. HeII I am a diabetic, my diet allows me all the celery I want, "WHOOPEE, BIG DEAL".

apparently some people are unable to taste celery as they lack the gene for it, as i am one of those people i'll have to say i dont.

Celery is absolutely GROSS!!!! unless of course you eat it with something and are stood in front of a lot of people or in a fancy restaurant.

Apparently so!! My dad thought it was wonderful. However, I have no idea why that was, I think it must rate as one of the worlds most foul tasting vegetables.
