RAMO - Report And Move On

Marie O, I served in the US Marines for 20 years. Do not doubt the love I have for my country!

Btw, your mantra sounded the same in the 60's but thankfully people woke up and gave equal rights to minority groups in America. Change CAN be good!

Yes, we can unite and fight the hatred. I served for my country, too, in the Marines and this is the thanks we get. I say report them, too, and move on, so right on. :)

The only reason the haters post here is for attention. When people respond to their questions and think they are being wittier or smarter than the hater they are in fact becoming the pawn of the hater. He/she has won the longed for attention.

Remember the hater's only reward for his/her behavior is a response from us, and we keep offering rewards by offering answers to the hater's questions. Don't answer, don't give the hater any attention at all.

Mentioning a hater by name is also rewarding the hater. DO NOT make the hater the focus of your own questions.

It is especially important that you do not respond to the offender in an abusive manner or you yourself will possibly be reported for abuse! Many who respond with answers are reported by the hater for abuse. Point gamers end up losing 15 points. Others lose ALL their Yahoo accounts, not just their Yahoo! Answers account.

If you are really serious about fighting abuse, go to the Yahoo! Message Board (forum) and make yourself heard there where it might actually do some good. Complaining here accomplishes nothing. It just gives the hater one more reward.

Complain directly to Yahoo via email and message boards.. Stop whining here. Start doing something that promises real results. Go to the real source of the problem which is Yahoo! for failing to address the problem effectively.

Report Abuse. Move ON.

that maybe a good idea, i've thought of that sometimes too, but i usually respond to those who are not totally insulting, not all of them are truly haters, even for them some of us might find the right answer to be given to change a negative point of view, for instance....i needed giving answer to shopaholic ..
she's made an argument about gay marriage, thinking that it was some sort of riot against the settled system, like gays were willing to change everything starting from the dictionaries..if life is changing then things have to change too. Living with someone u love and care for, until you die is no utopia for gay people it is a basic human right. What gays do is not always fantasy or adventure seeking..since they are like anybody else, they need to love and be loved..they need a peaceful home to live in with the ones they care for, to be a family...i think she and all the others could understand this some day...

sure, obviously it does want to be united for potential in numbers and shared objective. I come lower than B and fairly settle for T extremely comfortably because if someone is going from Male to lady or visa-versa, it fairly makes rather little distinction to someone who'd share a mattress with both. some gay adult males and some bi adult males i'd regard as predatory because sex isn't my ingredient and some lesbians I dislike for his or her condemnation of adult males - for the reason that I represent intimacy it is inclusive and under no circumstances unique. G probable regards me as a prick-tease (with some justification) and L sees me as duplicitous and attempting to get into her pants. T only regards me with caution because i'm a touch too keen on T. If I, as bi, go out in delight regalia, i'm in the present day assumed to be gay and in want of A. i imagine all of us want to take heed to more desirable and communicate a lot less for starters - recognising that all of us have faults and topics and studying to forgive one yet another our respective impulses and behaviours. probable a "gay pub" would also be more desirable inclusive if it referred to as itself an LGBT community Venue really...then i ought to enter it without feeling to blame of masquerading as some thing i'm no longer. I do sense there's a scarcity of particularly bisexual forums/conferences/communities and at the same time as bisexuals are part of the LGBT community, i have self belief we do no longer have an same mind-set to Gays and Lesbians and require more desirable opportunities to get inclusive of those who sense as we do. Any reliable to you?

legalizing same sex marriages here in canada has been a good move. the only folks that don't like it are the religious folks..

bottom line, if two gay people want to wed, it has no effect on the lives of straight people..

yes, our country is in constant political turmoil, but it has nothing to do with same sex marriages..

Just because someone has a different view than you doesn't make them a "hater". Get over it and realize there are going to be people in the world who aren't going to agree with homosexuality and gay marriage. What do you honestly expect? Everyone is going to welcome you with open arms? Didn't think so. Everyone has it bad in some way and everyone is going to attacked for something. Deal with it. I don't have a "black heart and mind" just because I don't agree with homosexuality. I don't want to kill gays or hurt them, I just don't agree with their lifestyle, but there is nothing I can do about it. So I let it be. I understand that you can't help who you love and how you are as a person, and I would never ask a gay person to change who they are. I don't agree with gay marriage because first off, why would gays want to change something that is defined in the dictionary, in which we get our vocabulary, that is for "husband and wife, man and woman". Why should gays be able to change that? Because they feel left out? Because they want the chance to marry someone they'll probably divorce in a few years anyway? Why would gays want to be part of something that is meant for straights anyway? Gays are different, and that's a fact. Why do you think they get their own section in YahooAnswers? You don't see a section for "Straights and those who like being the sex they are". Life isn't always gonna change to suit their needs and wants, just like it isn't always gonna change for anybody else either.

Yes it can and you have the right approach. No amount of reason is going to change the minds of someone you are trying to confuse with the facts. "RAMO" indeed!

Nobody hates gay people that I see here, what makes people angry is that some want to change the laws of the USA..

Sweeden and Canada have legalized gay marraige and both countries are in shambles, Americans do not want to see our country go to pot because Europe has chosen to.

We love the United States..
