Cedar Point. Consistently rated the best amusement park in the world by many sources.

-note that its sorted by star rating, then the amount of reviews, so you have to go to page 3 or so before you get to the 4.5 star ratings. You have to kind of ignore the parks that only got 1 to 5 reviews as their star rankings aren't as accurate as one with say 200 reviews.

From the opinion of the world and of Amusement Today magazine, Cedar Point in Ohio is and has been the Best Amusement Park. It boasts well over a dozen roller coasters, in addition to many thrilling rides. This is no opinion talking (well, opinion also), the park Is THE BEST in the world. It is agreed among coaster enthusiasts such as myself.

The best theme park of all time is 6 flags Magic Mountain, but sadly, they will be closing the park by Feb. 2007 because of some homo who wants to build houses.

Theme- Disney World
Traditional- Cedar Point in Ohio. It's over 100 years old, and has the best of yesterday and today. Awesome coasters.

Personally, Disneyland will ALWAYS be my "baby"...I worked there and grew up there and it's my "home". =) Only thing about Disneyland is how insanely expensive they're getting!
I also like Knott's Berry Farm, but they're changing SO much, which is a bummer, but Knott's was a place where I grew up and we'd be there every day when I was a kid. And they're still reasonably priced!
And DCA (California Adventure) is starting to kinda grow on me. There's a few awesome rides there, and when the crowds and lines get too crazy at Disneyland, I always know that DCA will be nearly empty so we just head on over there. =P

it really depends on what kind of rides you like, i pick sixflags great america, and cedar point, i cant choose because they both have a balance of great steel rides, great wooden rides, and nether of them have any really bad rides. but cedar point has top thrill dragster, the second fastest and second tallest ride in the world, but the line is always two and a half hours long!
