KOTEX. I don't know how people can use the cardboard flushable applicators but during my....ahem...application with those kind they get lost with the tampon! It's a mess. Kotex uses smooth plastic applicators and they're like a syringe so there's something for your fingers to hook on to so the whole thing doesn't go sliding in. I couldn't use any other kind.
As far as this being in the Vegas category...yes, you can find them in Las Vegas :) :)
