Many philosophers through many ages have debated and theorised about the meaning of life.
My personal favourite is Spinoza's elegant sidestep.
Put in brief terms:
Life is its own meaning.
Cheers.

I believe that in a broad sense, the meaning of life is to experience existence itself. After all, we could have all been creatures with no brains. If we were all bacteria that would have counted as existence too, right? But we were made humans with the ability to think and explore. Wake up, enjoy the day, and make sure you do some good things to help other people. It gives a good feeling to know that you made a difference to someone's life.

Personally, I believe in God and follow the teachings He sent to the prophets as written in the Bible.
He says our purpose is to grow and learn.
I try to learn one new thing, every day.
Peace.

There's no meaning to it - you're born, you die, someone else is born, they die, and so on. Each one of them asked the same question, wasted time searching for this 'meaning' and then they died. Just enjoy it if you can!
