Two Ways. One put weightson your legs. Second make a jumping chart somewhere with heights listed, and make a goal. Jump once a day until you reach that goal.

Increase leg Limit Strength and Explosive Strength thru weight training, When levels are adequate add plyometrics for Reactive Strength.
Calf muscles are only slightly involved. Glutes and hamstrings play a greater role as does joint elasticity.
