I am a photographer, but it is not about just taking pictures. After I have the photo, I do things to it with Photoshop. My goal is to instill my vision of beauty as a meld of the real and surreal.
My job, as an artist, is to make public my wrestling with angels, my obsession with knowing that nothing I show you is enough. Something calls from within me to say, "Wait! Look over here! There are faeries in the ferns. Stay and watch the moon rise on this spiderweb."
Please, come see some of my art. Some of it is locked away because folks think because it is on the Internet, they can download it. Write politely and you may get a key.

To be a truthful to be an artist is very difficult , there are many that call themselves artists because they want to be artists .... but an artist has an inborn ability to create some thing from thin air that distinguishes from any body else's attempt , true artists immerse themselves into their abilities and flourishes excellence , and there are only a hand full of them all the rest of us are wanna-be , and that is OK.

Hi,
Oh heck,
I am a governement comms. bod by trade, but.
I am in the local am - dram, I paint water colours in summer,
on the boat, play guitar in a stupid amateur band, and a bit of keyboard, and make funny models out of twigs that I have found.
Does that make me an artist?
I doubt it.
It must be all in the eye of the beholder.
Hey Ho,
Bob

I dance, its a poetic expression of emotions using movements of the body. I mean tap and modern dancing, not bobbing about in a club!
