im trying to cite magazine advertisments, not articles. how do i cite it? do i just site it the same way i should cite a magazine article? cause i dont know if a magazine advertisment has an author and stuff. thanks

Your question has been driving me insane for the last hour. :) I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. I ended up e-mailing one of my English professor's. He wasn't completely sure either. :) He said that he would think that by siting it like an article with the title as an advertisement and obviously not including an author would work fine. But he's going to look into it....I'll let you know if I find anything else out about it....great question...I'm curious. :)

its an add. the company advertising wants to sell. you're marketing for them. I'm pretty sure that you don't have to cite it.
