What do you think the move Eragon will be like?

Do you have any expectations or are you just waiting to see what it will turn out like? Does it sound good to you, or is it too commercialized? I loved the books and am debating on whether or not I will see the move.

I've seen the movie. It sounded very good to me, and it met my expectations.

I've read many questions and answers to do with the movie ERAGON on this site. And answered many too.

My biggest find:
- If you've read the book and loved it, you're likely to be disappointed by the movie - because it changes much of the story.
(This ofcourse however is not always the case, as I know some who still loved the movie.)

- If you're just a fantasy/adventure lover, (and havn't read the book) then you'll love the movie ERAGON.

- If you're not particularly taken by fantasy/adventure unless it's extremely good (like Lord of the Rings) then it'll probably not be much to you.

I think it was well done. Not terribly orignial, but well done.

If you go into ERAGON expecting to see your beloved story on screen, you may be disappointed.

...or you may not. The thing is, if you look at the movie ERAGON as a movie alone, and seperate it from the book, (I find,) it's a good film.


It all depends on you! you never know. ; )

I read on Yahoo Movies that most of the people who saw it HATED it. Seriously. Most of them thought that it was so different than the book that it was just really really terrible.

I though it was going to get a B+, but it got a C. I am REALLY disappointed.
