he's cant seem to finish during intercourse but is ok with oral... this is not good for my self esteem and i usually end up getting the shaft (no pun intended), no problem achieving erection but can't ejaculate during intercouse

why not try this: when having sex and he is feeling the point of frustration, pull out, relax totally soft while playing with you and then slowly work him back to hardness and play some more and repeat the process especially if he feels like he is about to orgasm, then stop and relax and do it again after about the third time he will probably be fine and be able to ejaculate while in you.
