Hi there: Can any body help, I have been throu all the usaul things
sutch as contral panal and mouse settings but are still not able reset the touch pad.

in the bottom right hand corner of the screen there should be lots of small icons. hold the mouse over these and it says what they do. one should say touchpad off, double click it and turn it on

Try having a look in the Bios (on startup) see if there are any seting in there. Also take a look in Control Panel>Hardware>Device manager to se if it is listed as installed,
You could also try re-installing the driver

You need to delete the drivers for the touch pad and then reload from the manufacturers disks.

your mose pad mustve got damaged, i suggest contacting the people you bought it from and if all fails, just get a wireless mouse its real handy
