No, he is probably not what most people would call a good man, though I do believe he is what many people would call a slightly insane/mind-blowingly stupid/devilishly evil man. (Also, just out of curiosity, why is this question in the 'Books & Authors' section? Has George Bush written a book or something?)

Yes, he is a good man. America has had 43 Presidents, 3or4 of them would've been great men (if given the chance) at any time or place( Washington, Lincoln, Reagen,FDR come to mind). We've had some that should've not been President(mostly for being wrong for the job..Jimmy Carter, Warren Harding come to mind), all of them were exceptional men in one way or another. One thing America has never had was a truly evil man in the White House. All have been good men, left or right wing, to believe anything else shows a profound lack of judgment.

Well there you are, he's not dead and he's not unborn. Of course he's not a good man!! He's killed millions of innocent people, he let many Americans die needlessly from the after effects of hurricane Katrina and the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. The United States has done nothing to decrease the effects of Global Climate Change, in fact he doesn't think it exists! He lets Guantanamo Bay exist even though it goes against the Geneva Convention and the Human Rights Charter. It was his party that denied 10,000 votes in the 2000 elections. I could go on with the list to show he's evil but I haven't got the time.

I think he's a good man that has made many mistakes and has been president during an unprecidented time in our history. Never before had we had such a large attack on our soil, especially one that was directed at civilians. He led our country into uncharted territory during a crisis.

There are a lot of unhappy people and it's easiest to just point fingers at one person, but saying that President Bush is the sole problem in the world, or even in this country, takes a lot of ignorance and would be giving the president far too much credit.

Uh, I'd hate to burst your bubble but President Bush is far from a good man in many aspects. I don't know who is more wrong, President Bush or the people who re-elected him in 2004. Foolish.

Well, he wraps himself in Christianity and patriotism to further his own selfish gains, he's increased hatred against this country, lied in order to promote his agenda, all the while benefiting only a few rich businessmen. Personally, I think he should be thrown out of office for reckless abuse of power. Richard Nixon was a better man than Bush, but not by much.

No, the only GOOD MAN is God......... everybody makes mistakes, hurt others, curses, do stupid things so that is not really "good man" figure, and Bush does things much worse than that, so he is definitely not a good man to me.
