I think naruto will cuz there r times that he takes things very seriously & there R times that he just plays around. Sasuke just takes things very seriously everyday.

We saw them fight a few chapters ago. Sasuke beat Yamato, who is a jounin, naruto, sakura, and sai all at the same time. Sasuke vs Naruto, sorry fangirls, but he would get his *** kicked.
