It's pretty good. Have you read The Regulators yet? Those two stories go hand in hand (kind of somewhat in a roundabout way...) I liked Desperation. I think I may read it again soon.

The Regulators is a little weird, but all the characters from Desperation are there.

To be honest it is the book that totally turned me off of King...the visual comparison of certain anatomic parts to dead snakes with blood dripping from them gave my post traumatic stress disorder...it still makes me want to puke

it was good,when your done with that one he has another one out called lisey's story,it's a page turner.
