How do I install a ceiling fan light to an existing fan?

On the bottom of the fan in the center is a cover, take that off, (turn off power first) there are 2 wires in there for the light, hook them to the light and put the light where the cover was.

you must buy the light kit for that fan model

make sure the breaker is off before starting

follow directions in the kit - and you will have light!
