If you have big eyes, they are naturally empowering! Since you have hazel and dark/green brown eyes with specks of blue: you can use a medium/light shades of eyeshadow. There's lavender, medium green (lighter than the green in your eyes), light blue, and peach. If you have small eyes, you can use mascara and light-colored eye shadow.

Use a thin line of brown eyeliner just on the top eyelid, right near your lash line. Then put on some mascara. This will make your eyelashes look thicker than with just mascara. Your eyes pop out so much, people won't know what hit them!

Use the color wheel. Opposite sides pop, and adjacent colors compliment. Hazel eyes are between green and brown (orange), and yellow is between them, so purple would really make them pop.

when using eye shadow, highlight the whole eyelid with a white shadow, in the crease of the eyelid, use shadow color that your eye has. To open the eye, mascara, and they will pop. I hope this helps.
